Sportsbet has launched the Sportsbet Punters Club product that allows mates to create a Punters Club where they can bet together on their iPhone app, mobile web or desktop platforms.
The product removes the annoyance of having to collect money between friends as the club organiser has the ability to set the club rules, invite their mates and begin the betting.
Once the organiser has completed the rules set and invited their friends, the funds will be automatically collected from each member’s Sportsbet account.
The organiser can choose whether the members contribute on once off occasions or on a weekly basis and how often the members will be on behalf of the club.
Each member will take turns on betting on behalf of the club and will have access to every event and market on Sportsbet.
Every member of the club will have access to how much is their share of the winnings, be able to see betting statistics and a live activity wall where everyone can get stuck into their mate that has been either letting them down or placed a ridiculous bet.
New users are able to join into already ongoing punters clubs at any point, Sportsbet will simply calculate their share of the winnings and their share of the betting pool based on the date they joined the club.
Sportsbet have released the product as a ‘Beta Trial’, which allows for customers to give feedback and ensure users will receive the best possible product.
