Just 711 points for our Draftstars team of the week in Round 18 in a pretty disappointing week. However, we were one of the few teams to predict Majak Daw to have a breakout game and that he did with an impressive 97 points. We’ll keep searching for that elusive combination this week as we present our Draftstars Team of the Week for Round 19 below.

AFL Daily Fantasy Team of the Week – Round 19
Forwards
Toby Nankervis
Nank has struggled since Ivan Soldo came into the team as a second ruckman over the last few weeks. However, still gets around 70 points a week at a canter and should have plenty of opportunity against the Suns this weekend. Price has been dropping steadily and at just $10,700 is too good to refuse now.
Jack Billings
Strong St Kilda theme in this team as we are predicting it to be a high scoring game between them and the Power. Billings was one of the lone standouts in the loss to Sydney last weekend with 91 points. Has the ability to get points through goals, possessions or marks so rarely fails to reach 80.
Midfielders
Stephen Coniglio
The star Giant midfielder makes his long awaited return to the side this weekend, not having played since the middle of May. At just $13,800 is a bargain for his scoring potential. Should see max game time as well as he hasn’t been rushed back into the side by any imagination. 82 and 115 in his only two games this year.
Jack Steele
The Saints youngster needs lots of tackles to perform well and he usually gets lots of tackles, however, he had just 5 last weekend and still managed 91 fantasy points. Starting to win a fair bit of ball with 25 touches last week so add that to his 5-8 tackles per game and he becomes a well above average scorer at just $11,850.
Dom Tyson
Another tackling machine in the midfield here, Dom Tyson racked up six last weekend to go with his 111 fantasy points on the back of 86 and 100 in the previous two weeks. Should be no shortage of ball to be had against the Roos on Saturday so we are backing him to be up on his average of 93 points.
Christian Petracca
Same scenario as Tyson here. We like the Demons to win big on Saturday so hopefully there are plenty of points to go around. Petracca is usually good for a few goals so if he can have a good tackling game he should score well. Had five tackles and two goals last weekend for a score of 91 which would do perfectly.
Defenders
Oscar McDonald
Couple of mid sized defenders who love playing the loose man and taking intercept marks to play in defenders here. The first of which is Tom McDonald who had 23 touches and a whopping nine marks last week for 90 points. Should get plenty of it again off half back and there is once again the Melbourne factor.
Dylan Roberton
Needs to take marks to score well but could do so this week. Port Adelaide will be kicking long to the likes of Dixon and Westhoff regularly with no Chad Wingard in the side, should be perfect for Roberton to fly as the third man up as he does so well. Scored 105 in a losing side two weeks ago so has the ability to perform even if the Saints go down.
Ruck
Dawson Simpson
The obvious choice in the ruck this week is Giant Dawson Simpson. Shane Mumford comes out of the side with an ankle injury so the $6,600 Dawson Simpson gets a run. At this price nearly any score is acceptable, hoping he has a Majak circa last week type game here.
